Get ready to dive into a fast-paced, high-energy role where you’ll be leading the operational backbone of Ground’s customer experience.
You are responsible for account health, system reliability, data integrity, and automation performance across all customer accounts. You’ll work closely with Customer Success, Engineering, and Product to proactively identify risks, resolve issues, and build scalable operational processes that ensure customers consistently experience Ground at its best.
Your success will be measured by stability, accuracy, and prevention, not firefighting.
