Ground is scaling fast growing 400% in 12 months. We’re now looking for a Growth Architect who’s obsessed with winning. This role is about doing the impossible and have fun doing it. It’s not about maintaining channels or following playbooks - it’s where you create them.

Own the full inbound growth funnel & experimentation
Drive qualified demand end-to-end: traffic → lead → MQL → SQL, with tight sales alignment. Continuously experiment across channels (TikTok, LinkedIn, Substack, Reddit, emerging platforms) to identify and scale repeatable growth levers.
AI workflows
Testing and experimenting with AI whether its content farming through clipping, AI UGC, AIO, and other ways to drive demand.
Content & owned media leadership
Own and scale Common Ground end-to-end: editorial strategy, writing, distribution, and channel expansion. Build a compounding organic engine across newsletter, blog, and lifecycle email. Create and distribute high-performing assets across channels, continuously improving organic reach, conversion, and brand authority.
Paid acquisition & performance optimization
Launch, test, and scale paid channels (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, retargeting), with a ruthless focus on CAC efficiency, signal quality, and pipeline impact - not vanity metrics.
Campaign strategy & execution
Plan and execute full-funnel campaigns tied to launches, seasonal moments, product updates, and automated lifecycle flows. Ensure campaigns ladder to revenue, not just engagement.
Events & community growth
Partner with Partnerships to support IRL events and community activations that drive brand credibility, demand, and long-term relationship building.
Analytics, attribution & reporting
Own attribution, funnel instrumentation, and dashboards. Deliver clear weekly growth readouts to leadership with insights, learnings, and recommended actions.
Experimentation & growth loops
Design and run A/B tests across ads, landing pages, email capture, CTAs, and onboarding flows. Explore non-obvious growth loops (referrals, community, channel algorithms) and support adjacent workstreams when leverage exists.
Sales integration & feedback loops
Work hand-in-hand with SDRs and AEs to tighten MQL → SQL handoff, improve lead quality, and feed real-world sales insights back into growth strategy.
