About the role
Ground is on a high-growth trajectory, and we’re looking for a passionate, ambitious Growth Marketer to help us scale to new heights. You’ll enjoy the freedom and autonomy to tackle both technical challenges and strategic opportunities head-on, all while representing Ground at exciting in-person meetings, industry events, and fun-filled happy hours. What You’ll do:
- Own the entire inbound growth funnel: Drive qualified traffic, convert visitors to leads, and turn MQLs into SQLs with sales alignment.
- Launch & optimize paid acquisition: Google, Meta, LinkedIn, retargeting—testing into CAC-efficient performance channels.
- Campaign strategy & execution: Drive full-funnel campaigns around launches, seasonal themes, automated flows, and product updates.
- Website & landing page CRO: Work with product/design to optimize conversion paths, CTAs, and forms.
- Analytics & funnel reporting: Own attribution tracking, build dashboards, and present growth insights to leadership weekly.
- Experimentation: Design and run A/B tests across ads, landing pages, email captures, and CTAs. Experiments may also include growth loops across referral programs, and other workstream support alongside community and partnerships
- Own content creation and distribution: Create and distribute top-performing assets and improve organic visibility.
- Integrate with sales: Partner closely with AEs and SDRs to align MQL/SQL handoff and feedback loops.
