This is an incredible opportunity where you will be working directly with the founding team. You will be amongst a world-class team with experience from BCG, early investors in Y Combinator, early NuBank (NYSE: NU), Zendesk, Hims & Hers, and many more. This is the first marketing hire after the founder CD.
The Ground AI team has built numerous consumer companies, including a couple of unicorns. 👀Despite Ground being a B2B SaaS, we operate more like a consumer company and are driven by the very best: our customers. Ground customers includes some of the world's most innovative consumer companies. In this role, your voice and style will be experienced in front of thousands of consumer companies, including major brands like Disney, Equinox, and Sephora. This is an opportunity to push the boundaries of your creativity in the dynamic and fast-paced environment of a startup. Sink of swim, baby…or something like that.
Hours: 20 hours per week
What will you do?
- Public Relations & Publications:
- Proactively secure features for Ground's founders on key industry blogs and publications within tech, e-commerce, CPG, and VC sectors.
- Influencer Outreach & UGC:
- Research and identify LinkedIn, TikTok, and other relevant influencers for content collaborations, including video interviews and blog features to include the founders of Ground.
- Negotiate and secure influencer content deals across platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Twitter, email newsletters, and more, ensuring brand alignment and maximum exposure for Ground AI (product).
- Tech Partnership Development:
- Coordinate and schedule strategic meetings between Partnerships team and potential tech partners to explore collaboration opportunities.
- Secure Ground's presence on partner websites and in partner communications, such as email newsletters and co-branded content.
- Affiliate & Referral Programs:
- Support the promotion of affiliate marketing programs by working with the Engineering, Growth, and Product teams to launch and grow top of the funnel.
- Miscellaneous:
- Work on multiple projects in order to support different parts of the marketing funnel through content, and other mediums.

- You’re a hunter: Employ a proactive, hunting-oriented approach to identify and capitalize on new partnership opportunities.
- You’re multifaceted. Multi-talented. You’re highly creative paired and yet possess incredibly rigor, focus, and organizational skills where beyond strategy, you can execute by writing, and creating across mediums (written, photos, videos) pushing the boundaries of content.
